A typical class?
Attending any new class or club can be a little scary, even for adults. Now you know what Taekwondo is, lets us help you enjoy your first class with us even further by showing you what to expect in a typical class. Shepshed TKD keeps its classes fun and interesting by adjusting what we do regularly whilst maintaining consistency to build good quality students.
